Will the AI agent say anything to my customers?
No. It's strictly bounded to what you let it say — your catalog, your prices, your policies. When it doesn't know, it politely hands off to your team with the conversation context. For the first 3 weeks in production, we review every conversation and patch the blind spots.
Does it really speak Darija?
Yes — it's our real differentiator on the Moroccan market. Darija isn't standard Arabic, it needs specific AI handling. The agent automatically detects the customer's language (French, Arabic, Darija) and always replies in it. You'll see it live during your personalized demo.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
You decide. Many prefer to stay transparent ("our AI assistant"). Others prefer to give the agent a first name (Lina, Sara, Yasmine — your choice). In real conditions: most customers don't notice the difference in a classic conversation.
How much of my time does it take?

All configurations belong to you. If tomorrow you want to switch providers, you get everything back: data, prompts, knowledge base. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. EU hosting. API in "no-training-on-data" mode by default.
You're based in Morocco, what currency do you bill in?
Your choice: MAD via a Moroccan entity (Moroccan VAT applies), or EUR via a European entity (EU intra VAT applies). For the majority of our Moroccan SMB clients, MAD invoicing is simpler accounting-wise. We decide together at contract time.
What happens if I want to switch provider one day?
No technical lock-in. All configurations belong to you: system prompts, knowledge base, conversation history, API integrations. We export them in a standard format (Markdown + JSON) at any time, for free. You can take them yourself or hand them to any other provider.
